About Us

Emily has just finished her four-year course studying Animation at Edinburgh University. She started working as a children's entertainer seven years ago in her first year of college. Since then she has attended hundreds of events including kids parties, Christmas visits and school fairs, and has completely fallen in love with entertaining. 
Three years ago, she decided to spread some fairy tale magic up in Scotland by launching her own company, Parties by Em! Now that she has moved back home to Hartlepool, she has decided to bring her wonderful business with her to spread some more princess magic.
Emily is the main party planner and host at Parties by Em, so you will be guaranteed to see her at your child's party if you book with us.
